Talent identification

Determine a player's place within the motivation circle.

Determine a player's place within the motivation circle.

Is the player introverted or extroverted? Is he mainly focussed on relationships or on tasks? With the test to determine the player type, you can find out what a player's place within the motivation circle is and what motivates him. This informs the trainer/coach of what he should do, shouldn't do and how the talent can be developed. He'll know whether or not to ask the player for his opinion, for example. Or if he should not use too many repetitions, causing a player to get bored. And whether he should pay attention to the development of, for example, mature and professional behaviour. The motivation of a player is ultimately what helps the player in his development.

  • Create profiles with information on players, teams and coaches. The talent can view his information in his personal cockpit. The profile identifies what the initial situation of a player was and how his progress is coming along on a technical, tactical, physical, personal, mental and social level. The player will be able to see exactly what he got better at and what helped him achieve that. This creates the awareness that he himself is responsible for his development.

  • Easily create tests, focusing on specific players. Measure sociability, personality, mentality, technique, tactical insight and physique. The results of the tests are processed in the cockpit of the talent. When the information in the cockpit is 100% complete, the player will reach the absolute top.

  • Trainers/coaches and players can find all relevant trainings, courses, videos and tests in the library. The player's trainer/coach can offer the talent tools to help him personally develop his skills further. The player is responsible to follow up on the advice and to grow as a soccer player. Because the player can see what the results are when the advice is followed, he'll realise that he's responsible for his own progress.

  • On the basis of the test results and the player type, the individual improvement plan is set up. The player will receive advice from the trainer/coach. The library contains all relevant tools for this matter, such as texts, videos and/or commentary from a training assistant. The talent will only get input that contributes to increasing his confidence. When given the right information and motivation, he will take more action.
